I was kinda shocked at first because I totally remember reading about this blatant Uncharted rip-off like a year ago, if not longer. I guess it's sorta... heart-warming to see that it's actually amounted to something even still, even if that something is looking to be a poorly made ripoff that looks and animates like a HD PS2 game. I can't imagine there are many Saudi-Arabian games being developed these days, though, so I'm definitely intrigued about this thing all the same.

Probably not enough to pay like £6 on PSN for it, however. Especially since that's only for the first episode for what then must be an episodic series. A quick-look could be pretty fun at least.

It's an Uncharted rip off, which was a rip off of Tomb Raider which ripped off Prince of Persia and Flashback.

Didn't this game pop up in some GB video awhile ago? I distinctly remember seeing them play this but I don't know what the video actually was.

I know what you're trying to say, but no, this game is an actual rip-off. The similarities between any Tomb Raider game and Uncharted don't come close to the clear 'inspirations' Unearthed has taken from Uncharted. It's what Quantum Theory was to Gears of War.

Or better yet, it's the Transmorphers to Transformers..

...Has anyone actually played this on here then? To the surprise of nobody the reviews have been pretty dire. Funnily enough the developer even commented on the IGN review. He was surprisingly reasonable, though, so good on them for that.

Also, this game could still really do with a QL.

Even so, it is a valid and difficult effort for a nameless software company from a part of the world with little technological contribution.

Some of the graphics in the trailer looked cool, like the supermarket area, and others looked jarring compared with western games, like the explosions or the characters. But all and all it doesn't look that bad. I'm curious of how the developer fleshed out the Uncharted formula.

Is this out on PC yet? I could go for Uncharted lite on the PC.
