    Overview

    Turmoil is a simple platformer where the player controls Mick The Mechanic and has to collect dripping oil from a tank in to a container. The oil must then been taken to a place on the level and dropped down to make a car appear. Once enough oil has been collected the car completely appears and drives off to the next level.

    Originally written by David Turner in 1984 for the ZX Spectrum and published by Bug-Byte Software Ltd. in the United Kingdom. In 1986 Len Nicholson ported the game onto the MSX which was published by Bug-Byte Software Ltd. in the UK as well. The game was also part of the compilation "10 Computer Hits 3" published in 1986 by Beau Jolly for the MSX.

    In Spain Turmoil was published in 1986 by Zafiro for the MSX and appeared in 1985 on the ZX Spectrum compilation "Stars Spectrum issue 03 - Juegos" that was published by Stars Spectrum.

    In 2002 a remake for the PC was written by Steven Watson from the Space-Time Games, the graphics were contributed by Ric Lumb.
