    Franchise »

A series of golf simulators from T&E Soft that employ a 3D landscaping feature to present each course with accurate topography. The series mostly stuck to actual golf courses, with the one exception being Wicked 18.

    Overview

True Golf Classics comprises of True Golf Classics: Waialae Country Club, True Golf Classics: Pebble Beach Golf Links, True Golf Classics: Wicked 18 and Waialae Country Club: True Golf Classics.

The first two games represent their eponymous real-life courses in virtual form, and were released for the Super Nintendo, Genesis and PC-9801.

The third game, Wicked 18 (also known as Devil's Course in Japan), does not represent a real-life course, but rather a fictional one with fantastical geography and unusual elements. It was released for the above three systems as well as the 3DO.

The fourth game is actually an enhanced version of the original, and was released on the N64.

T&E Soft were also responsible for the Harukanaru Augusta series of golf games, most of which were never released outside of Japan.
