Introduction
Terrence "T.C" Carson was born in 1958, Chicago, Illinois, USA. Carson was early on encouraged by his family to pursue his dream and passion of becoming a professional performer. He started his career as a dancer, then performing and acting in musicals like
The Wiz,
Dreamgirls and
Ain't Misbehavin. Later he "broke through" and got roles in the films
Livin' Large and
Firehawk and then later getting the role as Kyle Barker in the FOX sitcom
Living Single.
His Work
Carson has done a lot of work in videogames as well, voicing many different characters in games, ranging from the swashbuckling
Pirates: The Legend of Black Kat to
God of War. The latter is his most known voice acting work in videogames, where he voices Kratos, the spartan warrior who becomes the god of war after opening Pandoras box and defeating Ares. Another noticable character he has voiced is Mace Windu from the video games:
Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Star Wars: Battlefront 2 as well as the TV-series
Star Wars: Clone Wars. He will reprise his role as Mace Windu in the 2008 CGI movie
Star Wars: The clone Wars (a lot of clones in the titles here, bear with me). He will return to voicing Kratos in God of War 3, being released in 2009.
