    Hey everyone.  When a character such as Ryu throws a fireball, is minor slowdown normal?  Is that intentionally put in there or was it introduced by HD Remix.  Thanks :

    Occasionally, yes, but it shouldn't happen all the time. You see it a lot when Guile throws multiple sonic booms one after another.

    It doesn't happen that often.  Mostly with the occasional Hadoken.
