    The story in Bioshock's 2 story based DLC " Minerva's Den" revolves around the Subject Sigma and his journey around the area called Minerva's Den where  he is sent by Charles Milton Porter and Brigid Tenenbaum to retrieve "The Thinker" (Rapture's Mainframe artificial intelligence) and bring it to the surface so that it can be analyzed and used to create a cure to the splicer disease. Subject Sigma finds both an ion laser and a plasmid named Gravity Well, two weapons not used by any other Bioshock franchise protagonist.
