    Tekken 4

Steve Fox is a young British Boxer, enjoying his run as the current Middleweight Champion of the World. He was at the top of his game and had everything he had ever wanted, except for one thing - he knew nothing of his past. As he was adopted, he never knew the identity of his biological parents or the origin of the scar on his arm.

During his championship reign, Steve is ordered to throw a fight by the Mafia, who were betting high stakes on the fight. Steve refused to follow his orders, winning the fight regardless of the threats made against him. Unfortunately for Steve, the Mafia made good on their threats and put a price on Steve's head. With the Mafia and other criminals in pursuit of Steve (and the price on his head), Steve fled but no matter where he hid, he could not completely lose the Mafia.

Realizing that no matter what he did, the Mafia would eventually catch up to Steve and kill him. He feared that no one would ever know that he was killed, and more importantly he would never learn the truth of his past. With this realization, Steve decides to put himself in the spotlight again, entering the recently announced King of Iron Fist Tournament 4.

In Steve's Tekken 4 ending movie, we see Steve in the Mishima Zaibatsu Data Room trying to find some information on his past. Steve finds out that he was conceived through vitro-fertilization in the deadly assassin Nina Williams. The scene changes to the outside of a hotel, where Steve's limousine pulls up. Steve gets out of the limo, and begins to walk toward the building. The chauffeur of the limo pulls out a gun and aims at Steve, however, it is shot out of his hand. Steve hears the gun shot and turns around, and sees Nina Williams shooting a sniper rifle out of the window of a nearby building. A second man appears and tried to shoot Steve but also gets shot. Nina then tries to escape but Steve chases after her, up until an alleyway. When Steve appears to have lost her, she appears behind him with a gun, but she quickly lowers it. Steve begins to talk to her but before she can talk back, detective Lei Wulong interrupts, threatening to shoot Nina if she resists. Steve tackles Lei, giving Nina the chance to escape

He decided that he would personally see to it that the Mishima Zaibatsu never makes such a mistake again. Shortly thereafter, The King of Iron Fist Tournament 5 was announce and Steve decided to enter, full of confidence as he set off the win the tournament and destroy the Mishima Zaibatsu.

    Tekken 6

Steve Fox was successful in destroying the research institute of the Mishima Zaibatsu and finally settled a long-time feeling of resentment. Steve was still very passionate about boxing and planned on returning to the world of boxing again. However, the majority of major boxing tournament meets are canceled due to the war that has broken out all over the world, due to the Mishima Zaibatsu. Steve had effectively lost his job and only passion, and went into a depression. Soon after, he received and invitation to train together with Marshall Law and Paul Phoenix. Steve liked the idea of training in a martial art other than boxing, and accepted Law's invitation. The three head to enter The King of Iron Fist Tournament 6 together.

Ending: Steve, along with Paul Phoenix and Marshall Law, celebrate their victory in the tournament in a small hut. The Mishima Zaibatsu bring the money inside for them. Paul reminds them that they'll split the money 3 ways "just like we promised". However, Steve lightly rejects the money and tells them that the experience alone was reward enough and leaves the hut. After he leaves, Paul and Marshall delight in the fact that they have so much money, however, unknown to them, the Zaibatsu has placed a bomb inside with only 5 seconds left. Outside, Steve is shown quite far away from the hut as the bomb goes off, apparently killing his two new friends. He turns around and a saddened look overtakes his face.

    Tekken Tag Tournament 2

Ending: While training in a gym, Steve suddenly suffers lapses in his left arm. Wondering what the Zaibatsu had done to him, he thinks back to his days as a child. He was used as a lab rat by the Mishima Zaibatsu and wanted to give him a shot. He outbursted when they called him NT01 until one of the scientists, Emma Kliesen comforted him over the hardship he had to endure. Sadly, she left him for the Zaibatsu to continue their mundane experiments. Recovering, Steve calls out to Emma.
