    Frustrating

    What can I say about Sky Shark? Well the number one thing that I can really say is that this game is very frustrating. I'm not talking about gameplay wise. I'm talking about the difficulty of the game. This game is very hard and frustrating. First of all, you don't really have to think too much, if anything at all. There's a lot of button smashing involved here which can get pretty tiring.


    The gameplay in tbis game is very straight forward. The D pad maks you go forward, back, left, right, each of these moves are designated to there obvious buttons respectively. Where the B button makes you drop bombs on your targets but are very limited as you start off with only three and get an extra one for evry thousand points you score. The A button makes you shoot your bullets that unlike your bombs, the bullets are infinite. In the title screen the select button makes you determine whether you want to play one or two players. The start button pauses the game. What's very cool is when you pause the game the background music still plays, which was pretty revolutionary back in the days. But man can this game get frustrating and extremely hard. I barely made it to the third level Actually I only made it there probably three times. Thet's how hard it is. The power ups you get in this game are shaped as an S. Which give you more bullets. In order to get them you have to destroy formations of  red enemy planes. The yellow planes giev you an extra 1000 points if you can destroy them all. And for haveing all bombs by the end of each mission they award you an extra bomb after tallying your score at each base.
