Overview
Simon Wales was one of the original architects of
Rapture along with his brother
Daniel, both of which were hired by
Andrew Ryan to design the plans for the city. After the completion of the city they started a profitable business together, but at the onset of the civil war both Simon and Daniel lost their businesses. Depressed over their loss he began seeking advice from
Sophia Lamb, who convinced him that it was God punishing him for following Ryan's ideology. After the death of Andrew Ryan, Simon decided to build a church in the ruins of
Siren Alley in which he would spread Sophia Lamb's ideology, but in the form of a religion known as the Church of the Lamb.
