Just to reiterate. The NES version of Metal Gear is the bad port with a lot of altered content, and Kojima was not involved in its inception. The MSX Metal Gear is where you want to be for original 8-bit Metal Gear.

And fuck Diddy Kong Racing. Well, fucking Wizpig anyway. The game itself was one of the only racing games I've ever liked. Ever.

@kasaioni: I don't know if you didn't catch it, but they kinda already said that. That said, I'd probably have to agree with Kojima. The bad translation just leads to completely confusing moments in the NES version.

Brads segment was hard to watch. Nothing to do with the game, just boring all together.

@alejansolo: Yeah I know, it's just that the NES version of MG grinds my gears. Because the MSX MG is actually quite competent. And because the "localization problems" with NES MG go beyond just bad text translation; the game is almost entirely different.

The trebuchet launch was the best thing I have seen.

Oh shit, Diddy Kong Racing was up. That's never been on Giant Bomb before! Awesome! Also I had no idea the music didn't play when you had 4 players. Maybe the cart was bugged? That's a shame, it's a little dry without the music. Really dry. Unfortunate. I'd say do 2 player next time or check out Adventure mode but whatever, probably won't be a next time. Unless there's a Bombastica!

So nice to see Alexis and Regina on the couch for this one.

It's sad that Brad doesn't even try to hide that he lazily picked his game in a few minutes and didn't even bother to get workshop maps with a high rating. He does this almost every week and it's such a bummer.

In China some Magic cards are also censored like they're describing by swapping out skeletons and stuff.
