I knew it was actually closer to an hour and 15 minutes, and not 45 like everyone was spouting in the chat; still shorter than the already reduced length of around 90 minutes. But regardless of the length, this was a pretty weak TNT =/

I want Patrick's chair. Also good job getting this up so fast.

TF2 release date: Oct. 10, 2007.

It is quite impressive that this game is still so relevant and enjoyable so many years later. I cannot wait to see what else they add. I kind of hope for a single player one day.

Very much enjoyed having Will back around! Definitely miss those good 'ole guest appearances.

Theoretically, I like TF2. But I never feel the urge to play more than one session every half-year. I definitely need to try this out though.

If you are referring to the the server problems, TNT opens up problems that you just would not experience in the real world. On a normal PC server you do not have hundreds and hundreds of people trying to join the server at the same time and basically DDOSing it. In the case of this mode, if people join a server and become a spectator then they will most likely leave instead of wait for a slot to open up because most players stay till the end of each mission (unless they're losting very badly, which results in everybody rage quitting). I've played this mode for around 20 hours and have had only one crash. Your mileage may vary of course, but it will never be as bad as it was on the TNT due to the circumstances. Ryan was unsurprisingly quick to dismiss PC gaming, but even he has to realize the problems TNT brings for PC servers.

I caught the last half of this TNT live and... it wasn't all that entertaining. Skip it, perhaps.

People still play the 360 version of TF2. Not a lot, but some. I played over 400 hours total of 360 TF2 (come at me) and it was, as Will mentioned -- vanilla-ass TF2. Valve did patch the game 3-4 times, but gave up on it years ago. Last I played it was an exploit-fest.

Also, the 360 version did not get the Medic update or any others.

While the heavy is probably the best class for a beginner to play, it's also kind of a boring class for a beginner to play. Not really surprised by Ryan getting tired of the game well before it's over.

Dang, I loved this game some much when it first came out. From beta to a couple years in I spent way too many hours on it.

Glad they got Will to come to the office, but why the fuck wasn't he playing??? Obviously a guy who replies "Why would I?" to the question "You haven't played much have you?" shouldn't be the one playing the goddamn game. Ryan is seriously making it hard to enjoy any content that he is in at all...It was pretty damn awesome a few weeks ago when it was just Jeff, Brad, and Vinny. I still love the GB crew, but Ryan is really bringing everything down by being a straight up asshole, and not the lovable asshole he used to be.

I love TF2 but not such a fan of TNTs where 3 out of 4 of the people there don't like the game being played.

Based on the comments, I'm probably going to skip this one.

I enjoy TF2 and already don't like it when they talk about the game. They're always just so negative. It's fine if you don't like a game, everyone can have an opinion, but they just seem to rag on it so much when none of them have bothered to put any time into it. Their reasons for doing so are hardly ever valid or even factual sometimes.

Maybe stick to games you actually want to play for TNT. Makes it more entertaining for everyone involved.

Actually, they all seem to have played a fair bit.

I hear this a lot from fanboys of all stripes. It seems that, unless you play every day you don't know enough to decide that you don't like it, but that decision happens way before the amount of time that a person that does enjoy a game considers "enough". That's typically why you wouldn't play more of it. Because you don't like it.

@NoelVeiga: Normally I'd agree, but there's enough evidence in quick looks of games they play for a few minutes and already decide that a game is bad or not worth attention. Or even the reverse like the praise Ryan decided the Battleship game deserved or Brad with (insert a game that has loot). They often base an entire game's value on a first impression. It's understandable since they probably get dozens of games plopped on their desks every week and don't have the time to dedicate to each one, but they also don't need to talk dirt about a game they haven't spent enough time with to even know if there is dirt to talk.

I'm not saying they need to like it or even play more of it, I'd simply be content with them just not being so negative every time it comes up.

I think the point still stands about sticking to TNT games they actually want to play though. They are generally much more entertaining.
