Speaking of fighters, I recently bought the old Guilty Gears X2 on GOG.com for like five bucks and beneath the silly Anime surface it is an extremely complex game. Most of the time I have no clue what's going on and it is awesome.

Man I'm tired of Street Fighter TNT's. Wish they would do a Halo, they're usually pretty fun.

My favorite robot righting game is Tech Romancer. Love that game.

Patrick always sounds so patronizing. Is there a game he doesn't hate? 
 
The best way to get good in a fighting game: Pick a character. Play him/her online and lose. Keep playing until you figure out why you're losing.

the end of this video is really chugging for me. it's like trying to play a cd with like a billion scratches on an old cd player. anyone else having problems?

and when I pause to let it buffer the sound cuts out

I dunno, Tekken is much more popular than Mortal Kombat in Europe and Japan, right?

Unless you are bad enough to not understand why you are losing, which is a lot of people.

Also no one likes losing over and over just to get to a state where you can win every once in a while. I'd rather just put something else in I don't suck at...

this is weird. maybe the video is just broken on their end. I always run into problems at the exact same times, even when I turned off my computer and reset my connection.

Buttenator's Dan is pretty badass.

I'm pretty sure that executing the special moves was originally a lot harder, you had to be much more precise in those earlier games. The new games seem to really let you slop it up.

Wow, Patrick winning was legendary. If you are playing agains much better opponent the best way to win is just mash and do crazy shit, because the good players are used to their opponents making some kind of sense. T. Hawk!

Call me crazy, but even as a member...i think these should be free to everyone, the more things get locked, the more i feel I'm a slave chained to my master, not that i would want to let go. I also liked, and this even weirder, having them on Justin.tv as well, just in case something happens y'know? I think it's a shame.

This was the first TNT I got to participate in. Great fun. Thanks for having me. 1:32:00 I even do OK.

I love Street Fighter! My favorite fighting game franchise. 

*checks again* nope, the last two minutes of this video are still totally busted. nobody else is having this problem? really? sorry to harp on it, but this is pretty annoying.

You can tell Jeff has learned how to "be cool" because his body language and expression after his loss to Patrick was sheer aggravation.

I kinda wish though Jeff would always be playing, I kinda hate the random conversations.
