Sweet video, and shades, Ryan. Looks like a dope ass house. And that cover art may look lame, but that's a classic fuckin' album! B.A.D. stands for Bad Audio Dynamite (the actual band name) and that dude in the middle is none other than Mick Jones, formerly of The Clash. Radiohead fucking sucks (if that mural is indeed Thom Yorke) but other than that, the guy who decorated that house seems like a cool dude.

Naw it's definitely a student-rented flat. College dudes only stay during the semester and sometimes forget their school stuff their parents bought them when go back for summer vacation. 
 
I'd love to have a place like that to stay but my parents live close enough to all the campuses in the area that it's hard to justify an expense like that on my part-time salary.

I've though of doing this for big group trips before, not really sure how this swings my opinion... This looks to be the perfect setting for a drunken Bombcast. Hopefully it'll put the first PAX show to shame.
