Played the game for a good 6 hours. Quite a unique and succesfull art style but it still has the same bland structure as the previous need for speed game making it really lacking in the longrun and with no online play it is kind of useless to get into car decorating. Perhaps that a sequel will take care of these obvious flaws.  In the end it is an OK game but unfortunatly nothing more, 3/5 stars.

he really hates NFS:Shift.  The demo was pretty good.  Not good enough for me to buy it but it really didn't seem that bad.  I'm still waiting...and waiting...and waiting...for GT5.  It will be worth it tho!

Might have been better to play it without driving assist. Without it the cars do not snap to the lines and is in my opinion quite a bit more fun.

Wow, the quality of that voice over in the intro kind of makes me think this should be called 'Need for Speed: autobahn pursuit!' or failing that 'Crash Time Wii'

It doesn't look like a Need For Speed game, but it looks like a fun and functional arcade racer. My very first thought was that it reminded me heavily of the Burnout series, and sure enough, that came up in the quick look.

I get the feeling that the physics for the drifting aren't being managed as they go; it looks like the same angle every time, so it seems that it's just switching to a "drift position". If only that were nearly as cool as a stunt position.

If you have powers that make your car paint walls through the city, I'm pretty sure you have to register with the US government.  Also Left 4 Dead 2 will be awesome.

The game looks servicable and reminds me a whole lot of Most Wanted. That's really the only NFS game I ever really played a whole lot. I almost beat it.
