    Sean Keanan is the mad leader of The Cult of The True Eye or better known as The Yellow Raincoat Cult psychos that appear on Day 2 in Dead Rising. He is first encountered the next time Frank enters Paradise Plaza on Day 2 after 1:00pm but cannot actually be confronted until the A Strange Group mission. He is based in Colby's Movieland where he holds a total of 5 survivors hostage.
