Bayless joined Capcom as Vice President of Product Development in February 2007. He parted ways with the company in 2009. During his time he worked on Street Fighter IV, Dark Void and many other titles.
Prior to working at Capcom, Scot worked at Midway Games in Chicago in charge of the studio production there. Earlier than Midway, Scot also worked for Electronic Arts, SEGA and Microsoft. In his early days of development Scot worked on many Dungeons & Dragons titles for SSI for the "Gold Box Series". Scot has a brother in video game development, Graeme Bayless of 2K Games.
