Aquagirl has been a member of both the Teen Titans and Young Justice and has appear in a few of their games aswell as DC Universe Online
Azrael is the codename used by two men in DC Comics, both of which have crossed paths with Batman. The Michael Lane version of Azrael recently made an appearance in Batman: Arkham City.
Barbara Gordon is the daughter of Gotham City Police Commissioner James Gordon. She is the most prominently known woman to don the mantle of Batgirl, and following an incident involving The Joker, became paralyzed. Confined to a wheelchair, Barbara nevertheless still helped Batman and friends as the information broker Oracle.
Batgirl has commonly been known to be Barbara Gordon, the police commissioner's daughter, but her mantle has been taken up by 5 other women.
After witnessing the cold-blooded murder of his parents, young Bruce Wayne swore to combat the evil that took their lives. Professor Hugo Strange is a comic book supervillain in the DC Comics universe. He is one of Batman's recurring villains.
The Huntress is a common name in the DC Universe. The Most famous are the Crime fighter versions. One is Helena Wayne, Bruce Wayne's Daughter, and the other is Helena Bertinelli, the daughter of a Gotham mafia boss. A crossbow is her main weapon.
James Gordon is the Police Commissioner of Gotham City. Despite Batman's dubious methods of law enforcement, Gordon co-operates and assists him, allowing his crusade on crime to proceed unabated. He is also the father of Barbara Gordon AKA Batgirl (and Oracle)
Jason Todd is a fictional character that appears in comic books published by DC Comics. Jason became the second Robin, sidekick to the superhero Batman, when the previous Dick Grayson went on to become Nightwing, he was murdered by the Joker but was later revived by Ra's al Ghul and became the villain Red Hood.
The head of Arkham Asylum until he was thrown into his own Asylum.
Killer Croc is a nemesis of Batman. Once a man, he inherited a disease causing him to gradually lose all semblance of humanity, gaining reptilian traits in their stead.

Supergirl is the female counterpart to Superman. There have been many different Supergirls in the DC universe and they have all had different back stories as well.
Hailing from Earth -32, the Dawnbreaker is a Bruce Wayne who got a Green Lantern ring immediately after his parent's murder. Unfortunately, this set him down a path of murderous vigilantism, culminating in him killing his world's James Gordon, Green Lantern Corps, and Guardians of the Universe. He then joined the Dark Knights as their analogue to Green Lantern.
The Joker is Batman's archnemesis. First appearing in Batman #1 in 1940, he schemes against the Caped Crusader to this day. He was played by various actors including Cesar Romero, Jack Nicholson, Mark Hamill, Richard Epcar, Heath Ledger, Jared Leto and Joaquin Phoenix.
An alternate Bruce Wayne from Earth -52, he forcefully fused himself with the Flash and afterwards became a more ruthless crime fighter. He is the Dark Knight's analogue to the Flash.
Tim Drake is one of several characters to have portrayed Batman's sidekic, Robin.
