So I have to admit something, I have always been on harmonix's side, just because it felt more "real rock" than guitar hero, and from the first two games I got really attached to the development team, not to mention how great their support to DLC was. But what I just realized is that Rock Band is really making a BEATLES GAME. How badass is that?
Guitar Hero got really into those solo versions with Aerosmith, Metallica, and eventually Van Halen. Not to diss any of the bands, they are really great, especially Aerosmith, but I really don't think that those bands deserve their own game. I really don't know how many people want to play the same band for the whole game, but I do know that I totally would rather play the Beatles one!
I'm just saying that it finally hit me that this Beatles game is coming out, and I just got hella excited. That just sounds awesome. That's a band, that in my opinion, I could play hours of their music, and still enjoy.
