    Ripa 'Moramee is a Sangheili commander who was active during the 3rd battle of harvast, but he met his end at the hands of Sergeant John Forge on November 4, 2531

    Overview

    Ripa 'Moramee is the main antagonist in the sci-fi RTS Halo Wars. He is ruthless and vicious unlike Thel 'Vadam from the main games and is the second Arbiter to appear in-game. He is a hero unit for the Covenant in skirmish and online mode. He is notable for wielding dual plasma swords and has a special ability known as Rage which vastly enhances his usual abilities, allowing him to single-handedly devastate enemy armies. His special in-game unit is the Suicide Grunt. 'Moramee is voiced by Canadian voice actor David Soblov.
