Well from what I can tell that thing to the left is like a mini-apartment block, like in impoverished areas or second-world poor countries block of flats or maybe even a quickly built building designed for lots of people to live in in a short space of time on arrival, pre-fab maybe?
In the middle that building is definitely shaped like those warehouses that contain private plains at airports, maybe a little lower to the ground, prossibly a science lab or a small barracks. I'm undecided on this as it also looks possibly like there's a satelite dish of some sort on top of this building. Both science and armed forces use these.
Lot's of green in the background, so they're in a lower sea-level of terrain, tropical or forrest amounts of greenery. The tall objects nearer to the foreground are thinly shaped until you get to the top of them where it sticks out a bit in different directions, obviously palm trees. And the mountains in the background point me more towards this being based in a tropical island than forrest as forrest require much flatter terrain.
Can't decide whether I think those straight lined paths further into the foreground are dock walking platforms based over a river or paths/roads. Seem's like there's too many of them so close together for them to be roads or paths.

Anyway, I did this more for myself so please don't feel like I talked down to anybody I was simply typing what my thoughts were and making badly educated assumptions. Either way I hope that this was helpful, it was for me, but I hope it was for you too.
It's all blurry so if we came back and looked at it later, with a fresh mind, we might see something entirely different.
