After you become a zombie, do you just roam around trying to get 100 percent completion, or do you actually get an ending with credits? As much (or as little) as I've read so far, I've read there isn't any. Which to me is total crap. It's somewhat fine though I guess considering how fun the rest of it was. I just want an actual conclusion. I'm left dissapointed. Has there been any luck in anyone getting to an end? Or... there just isn't one?... -sigh-

There is no 'remember my family' type mission if that's what you're wondering.

The conclusion was John saved his family. The zombie part was just a fun bonus.
