Lack of UHD Blu Ray seems crazy, especially as Xbox One S has it. Couple that with the Slim price of $299 and HDR support being added to all PS4s, the Pro seems a bit lackluster. So essentially it's just a teeny bit more powerful and can do nice lighting and upscale to 4K? Seems to be aimed at a very niche crowd. I can't imagine this has convinced many people who already have a PS4 and are not in possession of (or likely to soon buy) a 4K/HDR TV to line up and get one. If I was interested in a PS4 right now and didn't already have a 4KTV, I'd probably just buy the slim.
