The podcast download URLs are sent through a third party in order to track listener numbers, that's where the podtrac urls come from. There could be a couple problems, your squeezebox may not be following the redirects. I'm not familiar with the squeezebox but if there's any way to make it follow redirects that should fix it.

@fntmx1: I looked into your account and it looks like this is just a display bug, your subscription is fine, no need to do anything you're all set until 2019. We'll have the display bug fixed ASAP, sorry for the trouble!
