You keep a lot of progression compared to what most games in the roguelike genre. So much that I wouldn't really call it a roguelike.

I definitely want to participate by streaming video games, for the kids, this year. I've been trying to set up a working stream in previous years, but for some reason some technical obstacle that was unsolvable by me got in the way.
But I few months ago I solvedit, and I can finally be part of this amazing even.

I know I want to stream a lot of Super Mario Maker 2 levels submitted by the viewers. Other games on the list are still pending.
And I'm also still trying to figure out a good schedule.

I would also like to know if there's a standard Giant Bomb community overlay that we can use. Of if anyone is interested in making one that's suited for extra-life streaming with space for gameplay, facecam, donations list and the totals for both the steamer and team. Would be very much appreciated.

A level themed around utilizing the spin jump with hard challenges.

It seems like Nintendo is still into making innovative exercise games for their consoles. And after watching the new trailer I'm actually intrigued. It actually looks like it could be a good game. And it also seems like they took the best parts of Wii Fit, and utilized the unique functionsnality from the joy cons to make an appieling Wii Fit successor.

So what are your thoughts after watching the trailer? Do think this will be a hit? Are you interested in playing another exercise game from Nintendo, with their motion controls? Do you think there will be additional accessories released further down the road?

Wouldn't it be better to have something in the level description that reference Giant Bomb and your username on the site instead? Having to use up space that can be used for something else in the level seems unnecessary.

Hey, hi, hey duders.

So I'm about to do something I'm not very used to, but really want to get better at for personal growth, and also hopefully entertainment value for others.
I was thinking about doing a couple of Super Mario Maker streams before Super Mario Maker 2 is released. I'll be using the Warp World streaming tool for viewers to add levels to the queue with simple chat commands, and I'm encouraging people to submit levels they made or just cool levels they've seen and want to watch being played. I'm not big on kaizo levels though, so please don't submit a ton of those. =D

To make sure I have levels to play while waiting for submissions, I'll keep playing levels from my bookmarked tab. Some of them added from the level thread on this forum. I might also add some of the Giant Bomb Makes Mario levels to the list to mix things up. I've actually not beaten all of them yet.

My current plan is to do two 4-6 hour streams this weekend, the first one starting today 4pm CET / 8am PST. So yeah, very short notice, but hey there's always tomorrow also, starting at the same time in case you can't make it today. So please stop by if this sounds like your cup of tea, even if it's just for a short time it will still be nice to have people there to chat with.

To keep track of the when the streams starts I've added a schedule panel with countdown to the streams on the channel, and they should show up in your local time as well. You can also click that follow button to get a notification when I'm going live.
