@turboman: 5 out of 14 playable pokemon is most? And that's counting Pikachu twice. Granted, Gen 1 has the most represented out of the 6 so I'll give you that.
Man, I don't remember some of the animations in this game looking so stiff. Wind Waker's style definitely gave it the upper hand in the HD department. This looks rather bland all spruced up.
Oh well. Twilight Princess is a great game. The back half/endgame is one of the best in the series.
Why is this video getting so disliked? Getting a crap load on youtube compared to normal.
There are a lot of little issues. Some, tiny, features were removed when it was brought to North America. It's the first Fire Emblem to allow same sex relationships. It features heavier anime tropes and cliches. Some translation and localization changes. The list goes on.
I've asked around, because personally some of the anime tropes and relationship interactions were creepy to me, and much of that stuff is a very small part of the larger package. It's still a tactics game at it's core but with some interesting changes.
The Fire Emblem fanbase is also unfortunately host to the "if you aren't on the highest difficulty with permadeath, you aren't playing right" crowd. Dan's Normal/Casual selection and his tendency to throw his units at the enemy with reckless abandon in this QL has probably incited these people.
I want someone to make a game with completely realistic teenager dialogue. Then maybe the people who complain about "unrealistic" teen talk will realize that what they want is a nightmare.
