So I sent them a feedback how I felt about there DRM requirement (always connected to the internet). The game I was talking about was Splinter Cell: Conviction. This was there  response.  "We appreciate you voicing your concerns about our new Online Services Platform that is offered in Splinter Cell: Conviction.  We feel strongly that the platform will offer benefits to the player, in form of services such as unlimited installs and that these services justify the permanent online requirement.  We truly feel that the vast majority of gamers will have a smooth and easy experience with this platform."
