I know this is cheating, but for me it’s a toss up between One Eyed Doll, and Chelsea Wolfe with Wovenhand opening. OED puts on a fantastic show and it was great seeing them at a tiny venue that was absolutely rocking. Chelsea Wolfe and Wovenhand were both amazing live, and it was just so powerful of a sound. It may have taken a few days for my ears to stop ringing, but it was so worth it. It also didn’t hurt that there were maybe 20 of us in the crowd so it was super intimate.
Writing this out has made me realize that I don’t think I’ve ever really seen a bad concert. I could probably say that my favorite was pretty much any of the shows I’ve been to. Such a first world problem.
To me, a try hard is that person who feels the need to spanwcamp with Bastion in an Overwatch skirmish. If you're playing a real match, fine do whatever gets you a win within the rules. But when you see folks goofing off and dancing with each other, and you feel the need to murder them and teabag corpses, I'm honestly going to judge you and wonder how devoid of fun your life is. Probably reflects just as badly on me, but it's all so meaningless in the end, that either way it doesn't really matter.
I didn't give the slightest hoot how Montana could be taken over by a crazy cult until I saw the beginning of this thread. Now I'm moderately annoyed about by it. This is not because the justification is bad, nonsensical, or illogical. Nope, I'm more annoyed that someone wasted their time writing up that drivel. I'm a firm believer that sometimes it's better to leave things unexplained beyond "Fuck off, it's just a game", and frankly "everyone is a prisoner here, and all of everything is controlled by the baddies" is just dumber than saying nothing until release.

On behalf of Spurs fans everywhere, I want to thank thank the Pacers for the Hill-Leonard trade/swap/whatever you call it. It seemed like a win/win at the time, but now it feels like such a steal. We've all seen Kawhi do his thing, and now that Davis Bertans is contributing I almost feel bad about it.

Pure stealth games. They seem super cool conceptually, but I just don't end up having any fun when I can't just murder fools upon discovery. I love Dishonored and MGS 5 but that's about as stealth as I can stand.
@thatpinguino: Oh no, she won that primary fair and square. I meant that it should have been a warning sign about her chances of actually winning, that she struggled to put away opponents that she should logically beat.
The one positive I can think of is that heads are gonna roll at the DNC now. How they could be so quick to forget that a newcomer who fires up voters trumps (sorry not sorry) the establishment is beyond me. Look at Obama, look at how much of a fight Bernie put up, and now look at the election results. Hilary has repeatedly shown that she struggles to beat out candidates that inspire passionate supporters, and they still forced her down our throats. I really hope they learn from this.
This isn't Tammany Hall. Just because you decided she was the candidate, doesn't mean the people are all going to turn out and vote for her.
