Epic is using those Fortnite and Tencent money to counter Steam. It's gonna be tough for Steam, since Epic also develops Unreal Engine, which can make publishing to their store even easier.

It's interesting to see how it goes, Valve has been quite complacent, the store frontend is sluggish, the content is not curated, etc.

@merxworx01: Yeap, I think it was in one of the GOTY podcasts or sth. GiantBomb has always been like that. It's Quick Look that's not actually not that quick. Or it's Ranking of Fighters based on science, where it's not really done using scientific methods. Or it's Civilization VI's quick look, but it's not really Civ 6.

With the Marvel Fatigue setting in, most those movies seem to be cookie cutter nowadays. Probably still entertaining, but loses some of its charm due to the over saturation.
