I had sheets of cheat codes surrounding me whenever I played this game. I specifically remember pretending to be sick from school just to drive around in the airport with a golf cart. Damn I love this game!
-
THE WEAPON COMBINATIONS...nuff said
-
That damn unkillable adoring fan. I can't even begin to tell you how many hours I put into this game. I'm ashamed to say that I haven't even beaten Shivering Isles yet either.
-
"I've got a word for you...DIE!" My favorite line from a video game ever was spawned from this horrible title.
-
Darth Maul on Tatooine. Oh my God!
-
This game actually had a really fun combat system. I just remember the main character being a total horndog the whole game.
-
The only game I really spent a lot of time with on the GC. It was well worth it though. Traveling around in your boat and exploring was the biggest lure for me.
-
This game was completely impossible. But the death animation was wicked, and the music was super catchy.
-
This will forever be the most hilarious game ever made for me. Seeing Noah run like a cheetah while carrying five cows was a sight to see.
-
This game got me through 9th grade. I was entering a new school at the time and the academics were really hard to get used to. So whenever I felt down about school, I would just play this for a few hours and feel just fine.
-
Sooo many memories from this game. From the Great Chai to collecting music tracks at the local convenience store. This game had such a friendly atmosphere and had a ton of stuff to do to waste your time tracking down Lan Di.
-
I think this should be on anybody's list really. The Bean Salesman, The Water Temple, "Hey Listen!", so many memories came from this game and it completely deserves a place in my childhood.
-
Voldo scared the crap out of me...
-
Yeah, it was a Mario Kart rip off, but in some ways I liked it more. The characters had more depth (even though that's not really what you're looking for in a cart racer) and the powers were a lot more fun. My biggest memory comes from the death match style races that my sister and I would play for hours.
-
Like Ocarina of Time, this should also be on anybody's list. There's not much to say about it though, it's Mario Kart, go play it!
-
This game introduced me to Lesbians. My world was changed forever.
-
I never played this but I watched my brother play it a ton of times. This really introduced me to PC gaming.
-
My first adventure game. God I loved Putt-Putt, and fully intend to make my kids play them all.
-
The only game I played in school. The voice acting was hilarious. But aside from that, it was a damn math game!
-
This threw me back into love with the 360. Everything about this game mesmerized me. The graphic style, the guns, the world, it was all good! I still haven't beaten General Knoxx but fully intend to! As for Mad Moxxi, just no...
-
David Bowie did music for this game. Awesome.
-
My brother modded his Playstation just to play this one game. Then he found out it was complete garbage, it was hilarious.
-
Cerebral Bore, need I say more?
-
This game frustrated me to hell. But the sound effects were hilarious. And the jumping over the pot mini game was completely out of place.
-
My brother had blue, my sister had yellow, and I had red. It was glorious. I still remember all the fun times of naming my Pokemon after swear words. "Bitch used Supersonic!"
-
Bruce Willis in a video game? Alright! Okay this game was god awful, but the one liners kept me in it.
-
This was really the only game I put a ton of hours into on the original Playstation. I don't even know if I got past the second level now that I think about it...
-
I loved this game! The wampas scared the balls off of me whenever I opened the cages on Hoth though. And the last level was really dark so I had no idea where I was going. I can't believe I didn't beat this game!
-
This title introduced me to destructible environments. For hours, my friend and I would go into a multiplayer session and see how far we could make a tunnel go into a wall. It never ended!
-
My first and favorite NFS game of all time. The tracks were great, the cars were fast, what more could you want?
-
This introduced me to car customization. Hours upon hours were spent on this game and I never beat it...oh and this is where I first heard Get Low.
-
I played a lot of this on the Game Boy. It didn't really feel like Mario to me for some reason though. The graphics seemed kind of off for a Mario game. Whatever though, it was still a ton of fun to play. I still hate the ant world.
-
Like SML2, this also didn't really feel like a Mario game. And this one was hard! But it was my first Game Boy game which is why it has earned its place on my list.
-
I watched my brother play through this game. I think it was the first JRPG I had ever seen. I just remember my hatred for that stupid train part with the president.
