So excited. The first game was amazing and I might go through it again with the Enhanced Edition. I am completely on board with them making another. Lets do it!

Dreadsteed is a great card hampered by the terrible mana cost, at 2 mana it's obviously broken, at 3 mana it's probably okay and cool for combos and such, at 4 mana it's nearly unplayable. If it was a beast and a hunter card it could be cool for feign death decks.

Just to make a point here. A vanilla 1/1 that can essentially never die (excepting polymorph/hex/silence) is really powerful. Test this out in your mind. Say the card had charge. It would be completely broken at almost any mana cost. Charge turns it into a complete board clear. Giving it taunt has nearly the same effect. Completely overpowered at even high mana, slightly worse than with charge, but still quite good. Without a silence (or hex/polymorph), either of those cards would be GG for the opponent.

So I can understand why Blizzard was careful with this one. That said, I agree that it isn't very good in its current state. 3 mana might have been more fair, but hard to know without a lot of testing.

Master of Ceremonies is an interesting tech card. It is really nice in a tempo-type deck that happens to run lots of spellpower guys (looking mostly at rogue with Thalnos and Azure Drake), but it could encourage a Druid to run a few more (Azure Drake already pretty standard) or Mage to actually use any of the large number they have available. A fun card, but really not useful most of the time as a 4/2 is gonna get destroyed by a 2 drop in most circumstances.

There is a quick look (Dan and Brad) up on the Giant Bomb youtube but it doesn't appear to be on the site proper. Looks interesting.

Can I just watch Mad Max: Fury Road 10 times in a row instead?

Chrono Cross has the better music but Suikoden II is the better game by a wide margin.

The continued death of Konami breaks my heart. Knowing that I will never get another Suikoden (good on them for finally getting Suikoden II out there on PSN), makes me sad.

@mustainium:

My permanent approach with all Netherrealm games (until I see change from their end) is to wait for the inevitable GOTY edition that includes everything the year or whatever after release. Usually the community is still OK and the game is often much more fun when all the moves are understood. At least I prefer to play fighting games that way.
