I cancelled my preorder and I'm super bummed. I'll definitely play it at some point but I'll wait until it's cheaper. I'm playing Nier and Zelda at the minute and I haven't even started Horizon, then Persona is out in 2 weeks.
@kishinfoulux: I'm about halfway through the video and I agree with you. I do think a lot of people's complaints are completely warranted but in regards to the animation stuff and the eyes, that's the way I remember Mass Effect always being. I might be remembering them wrong but people seem to be looking at the old games through rose tinted glasses.
I will say, from what I have heard I think the voice acting is a noticeable step down from the previous games. I'm still looking forward to playing it but I'm very skeptical at this point. I just hope the story and the characters end up being good because I like what I have seen of the combat quite a bit.
@quid_pro_bono: it's crazy that so many people are assuming it's content cut from the game. Granted I have not played it but the game looks absolutely massive and Nintendo have a good track record with dlc so I'll absolutely give them the benefit of the doubt.
The one thing that did give me pause is the hard mode being paid dlc. If it's a remixed mode then that's fine but if it's just enemies have more health and you take more damage, then that's shitty.
