Recent highlights of my recent journeys:

Pairing down systems, junk and tech;

I said goodbye to my 3DO, NES and a series of other systems. I am not sure where my journey will take me in a few years. My partner and I have been paring down what we own. School has left me not satisfied with the state of things within my world.

Madison Square Garden - ROH / NJPW G1 SuperCard

What an amazing event! I reconnected with a good friend, met a few legends and just enjoyed MSG. The last time I was at a wrestling event at MSG was Wrestlemania XX.

New London CT - LGTBQ Event

I had a great time with my partner. Rainbow flags, open minds, good music and a beach. What more could you want on a lovely day? The arcade at Ocean Beach hasn't changed since my childhood.

San Francisco, CA - 24 Hours

I watched a man poop in the middle of an intersection. I woke up and walked out to a man sleeping in hit own poop. The BART was cool. Downtown/The Financial District felt like an older Hartford somehow.

Hi. It's been a while. Let's jam.

Over the last few months I have been getting hyped for LawBreakers. I purchased it day one and have been enjoying it.

Last evening while playing LawBreakers on the PS4 I began to notice a theme. I would lose a match, get taunted, leave the game and join a new instance only to be greeted by a few folks I recognized.

'Maybe this is just coincidence', I thought.

After a few more games and losses, I began to notice the same names popping up again and again.

'This can't be a coincidence', I said to outloud to myself.

After getting run through several time in a game of blitzball, I decided to take a break.

Feeling defeated, I decided to fire up the switch to find out Sonic Mania is out. Holy hell Sonic Mania is great. The one thing the switch version does not have is the animated clips.

Sega? Where were you years ago with this game?!?

Yeah... the song is growing on me. Think I might start doing video blogs depending how lazy I am and how much time I am away from this site.

I am doing gamefly now so I might be able to play more games than one a month. Alright, bye.

Sucking and Hammering their way to the ballots in '08

I downloaded the new track pack for Rock Band last night. I have to say the Dream Theater and Megadeth tracks are easily my favorites from the pack and are a smite below ridiculously hard.

Get Bionic Commando Rearmed. Easily one of the best xbla games I have played so far and it is totally worth the ten bucks I have spent on it.

I officially hate anyone who uses zone alarm. Just saying....

Connections are fun and what better way to connect to anyone than singing or building a dresser. I did both this weekend, it was fantastic and the dresser now leans to the right.

Note to self: Never buying another dresser from walmart again. Oh, superman returns the game wasn't as horrid as I thought it would be.

Got it in at work and played around with it a bit today. I enjoy the fact that you can choose a full random female or male. I still get absolutely slammed at it though.

Have to say, Civ Rev was rad-tastic. I am going to try to play that game more when I get the time.
