Okay, so I've gone over it for a really long time and come up with my final decision, my game of the year for the year 2008 is none other than.... *drumroll* Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Why? I really liked playing it, that's why.

My second favorite is, umm.... Mega Man 9. Why? Because it was awesome, that's why. But there's less in it than in Brawl so that's why it was in second.

Honorable mentions are, uhhhhh.... No More Heroes and whatever other random games came out this year. You want honesty? I didn't really play that many new games this year. This year was a retro-year for me sort of, I just went back and played through all the stuff I loved whenever I had the time and got the odd new game every now and then. My 360 hard drive broke after I forgot to play anything on it for a few months and the Wii.... well after Brawl and No More Heroes pretty much NOTHING came out on it this year. But really. This was the year that I discovered I have a life outside of video games, and I sorta like that. I do not like video games less dear reader, I just have less time for them. Alas.
