Greetings to all ladies, germs, and gender-ambiguous worms; thanks for stopping by!
To give some basic info about me, I began playing video games at a very young age, and despite getting a GameCube on Christmas Day, 2003 (I believe it was '03), I spent more time in the basement with my dad, playing Super Nintendo games. Yeah, we were strict a Nintendo fam, but then I saw my cousin playing Jak and Daxter, so I begged my parents to buy me one of those fancy-schmancy PS2's. Several years later, I discovered Steam, and now I'll play anything that looks good without regard of the developers or publishers.
So one day, I decided to go looking for a place where I can share my thoughts on any game under the sun. "Sure there's Steam, but what if I wanna talk about console-exclusive games like Xenoblade or Kingdom Hearts," was my first question, so I looked elsewhere. I kept hearing about this place called NeoGAF and that's it's been around for awhile. So I went there, found out that they don't accept free e-mail services, said "Who on planet earth would pay for e-mail when there is an electric bill that must be paid in order to have internet access to any degree," and immediately checked this place out.
I'm glad to see that my personal e-mail address is acceptable here. With that said, I hope to be a welcomed part of this wonderful community.
