If the future of this series is series-specific videos, then I hope the "regular" best-of vids don't then have these clips in them always because seeing repeat clips outside of "best of year" videos bums me out.
Good job as always tho.
Hard disagree. What you're suggesting doesn't really make sense anyway, because the regular videos are made as the shows are going on. He's not going to exclude good stuff from regular best of videos in the hope that there's eventually enough to make this kind of video, and he's also not going to exclude what was good before from the final video.
The only way this complaint actually works is if he just stops making one kind of video or the other.
Great list. Thank you for remembering that Puyo Puyo Tetris exists.
Then, A Mind Forever Voyaging. I've looked back at it a few times over the last couple of years and it gets more uncomfortable each time. Also, just on the technical side, it was incredible for its time.
Also glad to see Heaven Will Be Mine on a list! Really, this list is just great :P
Just to be clear about the PSP version of Rondo that Dan turned his nose up at: It's a 2.5D remake of Rondo, but that's not why anyone would recommend it.
In it, you can unlock both the original Rondo and Symphony of the Night, which makes it a pretty great package even if the "main game" isn't great.
Personally I love this game's combination of survival and stealth. It feels truly tense and oppressive for a long time, but eventually I started to feel at home. Remarkably, as soon as I got comfortable, everything changed and it was super-tense again, but as it turned out the game was nearly over at that point...
What I'm getting at is, I just wish there was more of it. More ruins, more horrible jungle full of spiders, anything.
Considering there's a whole tier of upgrades not obtainable yet, there must be something coming, but for now there's not really anything left for me to do.
Edit: Mind you, this is after 40+ hours of playing.
