Off the top of my head, Resident Evil 2 remake, Untitled Goose Game, and Luigi's Mansion 3.

I also might have to get a second Switch for my wife when Animal Crossing comes out.

I'd love for Last of Us 2 and Ghosts of Tsushima to be 2019 games but I'm not convinced that they will be.

I played the hell out of The World is Not Enough on the N64 (it had a blue cartridge!). I don't even remember if it had multiplayer but I liked the campaign alot.

Agent Under Fire on Gamecube was also pretty good.

@wollywoo: Rayman has been my most wanted addition for a while. I submitted him a bunch when they did that ballot for Smash 4 DLC.

I'm sure they won't do it because his amiibo is physically impossible.

Piranha Plant is genius.

I'm glad they're going with a season pass and are upfront about how much DLC to expect. The DLC for 4 was all over the place, especially if you wanted a character/stage for both Wii U and 3DS.

I'm not sure yet. I was already wondering why I'm not as excited for RDR2 as I thought I would be, and all this stuff seems gross. I'll probably wait until Xmas at least and see what's what.

Unfortunately I don't see any meaningful change coming from consumer-driven actions in this situation. Me not buying the game isn't going to change the work culture at Rockstar, and me convincing 300k other people to also not buy the game is unrealistic. Game devs need to unionize. I don't know enough to know exactly what that looks like, but current practices seem unsustainable.

I'd be fine with games continuing to look like Horizon and God of War and Ghosts of Tsushima if we can get a significant reduction in load times. Plenty of fast storage too so if I go digital I can have plenty installed at once without shoving an external drive under my TV.

I wonder if people would feel better about Nintendo's showing if Smash Bros was a September release as was (reasonably) speculated instead of December. It's bad if you aren't interested in Smash, but even if you are there isn't much for most of the year.

Obviously I was hoping to see Metroid Prime 4, and I honestly thought we'd see that rumored Star Fox racing game. It seemed to be following the same crazy rumor trajectory as Mario & Rabbids did last year, and that ended up being real. I also completely forgot about Bayonetta 3 until someone mentioned that it was absent; that's a peculiar omission too.

I think Cyberpunk should be disqualified since it was just a CG trailer, unless you were there to see the behind closed doors demo.

1. Resident Evil 2

2. Ghosts of Tsushima

3. The Last of Us 2

4. Super Smash Bros Ultimate

@the_greg: Wasn't Visceral's Star Wars canceled? Or was that another Star Wars that got canceled?

I'm really hoping we get to see a bit of Metroid Prime 4 gampeplay, even if it's confined to a two minute trailer.

Hopefully Cyberpunk 2077 looks great but for some reason the chatter that it's first-person is disappointing if true. I'm not sure why I feel that way.

Answer probably varies greatly depending on what state you're in (assuming you're in the US). I've only done a bit of research since I'm waiting until my next house to take the plunge, but it seems like a lot of companies a pushing leasing panel so you have zero up front cost, though you'll never really own the panel. Getting into a solar lease might also make it more complicated to sell your house, so there's that. Personally I'd buy outright and pay for the installation if I thought I'd be in my house a long time.
