So a team of people have successfully reverse engineered GTA III, which leads to better widescreen support, better loading times, better controller support, and native ports for Vita/Nintendo Switch/and more.
I'm surprised people are surprised by its reception. Take a proven concept (multiplayer survival), remove a lot of the annoyances (griefing, things going bad, not losing resources when dismantling), and voila.
Another option would be a NAS. They might be a better option if all you're looking for is storage + a Plex server, and not managing a whole-ass server.
little nightmares II (demo) - It is in fact more Little Nightmares. Which isn't a bad thing if you are into Limbo, Inside, et al. I also didn't realize this demo has been around for months.
glitchpunk (demo) - I'll have to get it running at a decent fps before giving it a real shot. Cyberpunk in a GTA1/2 topdown style.
genesis noir (demo) - I dunno what that was. Jazz? A mouse is not the most expressive input ... I can imagine it's also going to be on mobile where it will make a lot more sense.
GRAVEN (demo) - feels floaty. melee doesn't feel great, like wonky hitboxes. at least it works in your favor too. graphics bug out in an unintentional way. world design is fun, plenty of goodies off the beaten path. the fire spell has ruined breaking boxes for collectables in other games for me.
The web-browser on PS5 is mostly an escape hatch for when web content is just absolutely needed. Embedded browsers often being the entrypoint for hacking consoles is probably the reasoning behind this.
I'm not huge into the MCU, but am watching WandaVision. I welcome the return to TV-ass-TV with a week between episodes. Especially with this show, how mystery is core to the thing. Leaves a lot of room for digestion and discussion. Not to mention, if this was all released at once, it would probably fall out of the zeitgeist way sooner.
