One of D Walker's high tier weapons is a fulton ballista. You shoot it like a grenade and just fultons anything it hits. Only issue is that it only has 6.
You can fulton helicopters with this, tho you don't get to keep them.
Very useful for side ops that require you to extract things!

Most of my criticism involves the plot that spans all the episodes released so far, that's why I kept it short on that part and just said it's extremely predictable and is full of plot holes.
I'm just going to say this: if you have seen Riley Rewind (awful, awful "movie") and Butterfly Effect, you already know what's going to happen on half of the game.
