Batman: Arham Asylum is not the greatest single player experience I have had this generation. Now that that's out of the way, I will let you know that Batman: AA is an excellent action adventure game, and that is more than enough reason for anyone who is a fan of the genre, Batman fan or not, to try out the game without regret. While games based upon superheroes don't have a tendency to work out all that well, Batman:AA manages to keep the game exciting and enjoyable through the games short...

Disappointing first try from Neversoft 1
Neversoft is not Harmonix. That is obvious. However, this does not mean Neversoft can not make a great music game. I mean, even veterans like Harmonix had to start somewhere. That being said, Guitar Hero III is not a encouraging first effort from the rhythm virgins at Neversoft. While all the key components seem there: decent songs, notes, and a good guitar controller. Pac-Man never interested me. While the yellow sampled piece of cheddar cheese eating yellow dots is a cultural icon, Galaga has always been the Namco classic I worshiped. Still visually appealing to this day, Galaga is one of the few retro games that has never felt dated to me.
