Just watched the first episode, and then skipped around in the most recent episode (not stream). I like the concept a lot.

I would edit the discussion down a little bit more. Also, you have two mics in the first vid--why not put one mic on one side of the table (closer to the guests) and the other one on the other side (also close to the guests). That might sound better, but really, I would invest in some lapel mics. The ATR3350IS is less than $30 on Amazon, have everyone pitch in and buy their own. You can record it with everyone's individual smartphone and sync everyone's up, or get a cheap audio interface to do the job for you. Either way, having a little dedicated mic for each guest is gonna make everyone sound sooo much better and if you go for lapels it's gonna be a lot less total noise in the recording, too.

I would have extended bits of gameplay, maybe a quick introduction on cam then a couple of rounds first (with accompanying voices, unedited) before cutting to the table for discussion, or intersperse them like you do, but more gameplay and more refined table-talk. Dumping the whole discussion out there is nice for posterity but people on YT have very short attention spans. I would shoot for 10-15 minute videos.

Overall, I like the concept and you've got a great base, look forward to seeing more.
