Are you sure you've played the game? You can carry like 3 syringes that heal you completely, and hide from fire easily. The dudes playing almost never get hurt, if they play well. And I'm assuming we're not all stupid here, so we shouldn't be too bad either. The enemies take cover and hide from fire too. You can suppress them. The things I listed as frivolous are frivolous, and it ends there."
