I really dislike this style of writing on Vox, and I really dislike it here. The fake, pseudo-conversational format just comes across as stilted and awkward. The Vox format is what it is because it's aimed at people who only occasionally follow the news - an explainer on Hassan Rouhani or ISIS or what have you is needed for those people - but does it make sense to follow that style for the kind of person that reads Giant Bomb? I guess you'd know your demographic better than me, but I'm assuming the majority of people here know who Cliff is, what he;'s been doing etc.

Splitting the Bombcast is an absolutely filthy move. Here's hoping for a complete backfire!

Demon's Souls is a shitty game for morons who think that "conquering" a game is some sort of accomplishment.

Bayonetta isn't fun, funny, or really even good.

People will look at Heavy Rain in 5 years and laugh, thanks to its terible controls and TERRIBLE acting (everyone's so fucking French!)

There isn't a single game on the Wii as enjoyable or as well made as the top 5-10 games on the PS3 and Xbox.

Bioshock SUCKS as a game. Amazing art design and atmosphere wrapped around one of the most laughably bad, clunky FPSes of the generation.

Is there any publisher more out-of-touch than Square?

Spoiler: Nope.

You realize that there are literally dozens, if not hundreds of places that you can go if you want to know "what the gameplay is like," or see "continuous gameplay footage," no? It seems pretty clear to me that the point of Quick Looks, and really, this entire site, is not to be a source the kind of drab, bland, repetitive information that you can find anywhere. The point is to add an element of entertainment to an otherwise stagnant field of reporting.

DS9 (my mind is boggled that this is somehow behind Voyager in the poll).

TNG a close second.

I always thought that the "New Games" page was a really handy tool... unlike other databases that list game release dates, it only had one entry for each title, instead of separate entires for every single platform. Because of the lack of clutter, it was my go-to resource for planning out which games to preorder, and knowing when I would need to save up cash. However, I noticed that it now only displays release dates for the next month, instead of multiple months into the future, like it used to. Is there any way to extend the page, to see what games are coming out in subsequent months? If not, is that something the site design crew might consider adding? It would certainly make the page alot more helpful than it currently is, IMO.
