I was going to write a whole thesis on why I don't like the epic store, but I think it all really boils down to this: I don't like the feeling of being manipulated into doing something that I would never do otherwise, and it feels like Epic is doing this by paying for all these games to be exclusive to their store. Yes, it's just another free storefront but I don't want another free storefront, I want to be able to have one set of credentials and not give my credit card and email info to yet another huge corporation. That's pretty much it I guess.
I do NOT want borderlands as a live game. I like borderlands mostly single-player like ben and I really hate games where I can't do that and am forced to play with other players.
Dragonball GT is good because it has some decent sounding concepts but is actually just filled with some of the most disappointing build up and jobbing I've ever seen and all of the ideas that's aren't decent concepts are absolutely fucking terrible.
Dragonball Super is good, but the first two arc are based on the movies but they did a weird reverse Kai on them and added in a bunch of filler to extend them out. The animation is also pretty weak at the beginning of the series. The show definitely picks up though and ends uo living up the the original.
Dragonball is good, but really different from Z. The biggest benefit from watching it would be that a surprising amount of Super calls back to Dragonball (in addition to the fact that it's pretty good).
I'd suggest that you not try to watch currently airing/not complete anime like Hero Academia, you guys would probably get really frustrated because there's no way of knowing when or if those series will ever end.
Man, Bioware has really only written one original story. Dragon Age seemed like a different story, but it turns out that an ancient civilization (elves) created a powerful technology (magic) that everyone is fighting over the control of.
This seems a lot like adding unnecessary RNG to a strategy game. It would be really frustrating to spend 40 turns building your strategy (as one does in a CIV game) only to have sone natural disaster fuck up all your hard work through no fault of your own... I wonder if you can add the new civs and disable natural disasters - if not I'll probably pass.
