@belowstupid: Agreed. Yet on the flip side, I also don't want to close myself off from the world entirely because of some feature length AAA VR game.

I'm sure there's an audience out there for yet, but for me VR is a lose/lose situation. I don't want tech demos, but I also don't want to close myself off from the world for hour long play sessions.

Again, I'm not saying there isn't necessarily an audience for it, I'm just complaining about having to hear nonstop news about something I personally have no interest in.

@metalliccookies: Tell me about it! I'm not looking forward to the next year of news and discussion in the video game industry. I'm really hoping it's a fad that passes over quickly like PSMove and Kinect.
