When you're working toward a goal, and meet it as specified, but still aren't rewarded it can be frustrating.

In Broken Steel there's an achievement that cannot be missed if you complete the story, and yet I don't have it, but do have subsequent ones, because I got the achievement on the first day the DLC was out. Whoops.
