Still happening for me. Anyone else?

I'm subscribed to the GB and Tested HD RSS feeds, and I keep seeing new videos appear and disappear. This morning I was halfway through downloading the Golden Sun QL, when the feed refreshed, the item disappeared, and the download was cancelled. This sort of thing is happening quite often.
 
If I look at the feed source in my browser right now, it's showing QL Blood Drive as the top item, followed by The Music of Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom---items from a long time ago. 
 
Is this a known issue? Anyone else have the same problem? Is there anything I can do to help work out what's going on? 
 
System: Mac OS X 10.6.5, iTunes 10.1, Safari 5.0.2 to manually look at the feed source.

On Mac OS 10.5, I can't upload an avatar image using either Safari or Firefox.

And with Firefox, the "Browse Files" button appears, but clicking it does nothing.
