I just started ME 1 for the first time ever as i play the series (replay 2 and finish 3 for the first time) to hype up for Andromeda.
A couple hours in, i find the combat to be the worst part but im already so interested in the plot that i havent even considered quitting. It definitely is far less polished than even the 2nd game, though.
They really did do some good work setting up the narrative for the trilogy. I hope they are equally successful in the new series.
This was the news from Lucas Arts i was waiting for since the 20th century. Tie Fighter is the first PC game i remember playing, and is still possibly my favorite.
A great day for gaming. Im glad someone is finally smart enough to see the value in the Lucas Arts library and will finally let us enjoy it.
She cancelled her speech because Utah law allows conceal carry? Why is that a problem? The extensive background checks and preventive regulations that precede getting a conceal carry permit would go far in making sure she was protected at her speech. Its the no gun zones that are targeted by criminals.
She should give her speech.
The headline of the article is misleading Patrick. No one forced her to cancel.
I can tell you from some associations i have, this happens far more than you would believe in certain industries. The Giant Bomb crew has some personal relationships that help spotlight a few victims in gaming, but women in journalism that write on political topics often get death threats daily.
You have to ignore it when possible and use the authorities when necessary. Otherwise it can consume you and then they win.
I dont really understand what Giant Bomb was supposed to do? Why call them out? They are so openly against all harassment, and proactively fight this type of behavior.
I almost get the impression that Bungie wants some of Destiny's Exotic gear to be so rare and valuable that even seeing someone using it, is a big deal.
I watched Primeguard's second team for most of their run, but fell asleep around hour 11. It was quite an experience to behold. I was impressed at the complexity and puzzles Bungie installed in the raid. It wasnt just "shoot stuff" then move to the next thing, etc. It was an adventure in every way possible.
Thanks for this story Patrick. I was wondering about these guys.
