With the speed at which he got that mathematical sequence and his astounding lack of knowledge about many other things I'm beginning to think that Dan is some kind of savant.
I don't think that the people who are into this and will be buying this product are AS pervy as a lot of people think. Still pervy, but I do there's another element to all of this. I just don't know what that is.
I say this because, like Dan and Jeff mentioned, there is a lot of stuff that goes all the way (where, you know, they show it), and I would wager to say that most of it is pretty accessible, especially in Japan. Haven't been there myself, but I have heard a lot of stories about places like Akihabara and the stuff that gets sold there in certain backrooms of certain shops.
I'm rank 59 and I think that's 99% luck. Placements put in at 54 with 50/50 win/loss ratio, and almost every solo match-up was with a really solid team afterwards.
It is really really difficult to solo carry in Overwatch.
She's going to fill the same niche that Zen fills. You don't want either of them to be your main healers, but together with Lucio or Mercy they make for a potent support combination.
A lot of these just seem like dicking around simulators.
Some of them are really well made and very interactive dicking around simulators, and those that aren't just dicking around simulators and seem to have some neat things going for it, such as Soundscape, look like they will have a niche appeal within a group that is niche to begin with, early VR adopters. At least they made these videos a fun enough watch.
What I'm trying to say is that at this rate the 'killer app' for VR will be Fallout 4 and/or RE7 (if it's actually good).
Also, dumb question, but do the Vive controllers not have analog sticks? Because that seems insane.
