Well known and probably bannable since you can GPS spoof and cheat the game by collecting pokemon and doing whatever else from your house. The game already softbans you automatically for moving across large distances quickly. I have nothing against you if you want to cheat, but you're missing like 80% of the game if you avoid the social aspects. The game itself is pretty shallow.

I thought the thread name was enough to say "You are stupid if you do this," but just to be clear, you are stupid if you do this. It is funny to me that people would go through so much trouble for such an insubstantial game.

company makes game designed to get people out into the world. people find ways to play without that annoying "going out into the world" part.

It takes maybe 5 minutes to setup and they won't catch you if you aren't an idiot and decide to zoom around the map at lightspeed.

While I am pretty bummed out that it isn't available in my region yet (please be a yet and not a never), this is really dumb.

If you are using an android phone you can get the game here, even if it is not yet out in your region.

There's nowhere near enough in this game for this to be fun. Actually walking around and seeing other people playing it is what makes it fun.
