    Noctropolis is a city of perpetual night. About a hundred years ago, a natural cataclysm caused the sky to be completely shrouded by an impenetrable cloud of smoke, ashes and dust. The sun is no longer visible in the city and like other comic book cities, Noctropolis has a big crime problem. Unfortunately, these criminals are of the super villain variety.
